Wayne Cramer reported that a blue and silver BMX bike was stolen out of his basement in the 400 Blk. of Fairground Ave., some time over the last month. Cramer valued the bike at $25 and could provide no further details. Anyone with any information should contact Carlisle Police at 243-5252.
