On September 9th, 2017 at approximately 1AM, East Pennsboro Police stopped a vehicle in the area of Market Street and 2nd Street, West Fairview, for traffic violation. Police found the driver, James Snyder, 19, of the 900 block of Main Street, Harrisburg, to be in possession of drugs.
