On 3/6/2019 around 1225 hrs., Theresa Ulen was stopped driving along Arcona Road. Ulen provided false information to officers. Ulen, who is a Habitual Offender, was driving with a DUI suspended license. Ulen was arrested on a probation violation and new charges were filed on Ulen.
