Patrick Burks was involved in a DUI crash in 2014. He was driving with a suspended license for prior DUI's and was found with drug paraphernalia. Burks failed to show up for a preliminary hearing and an arrest warrant was issued.
On December 6, 2018 Ameeshia Britton stole the wallet from another shopper, who had left the wallet in a cart. Video of the incident was reviewed. A vehicle registration was obtained and Britton was identified through an investigation. An arrest warrant was issued for Britton.
