On Tuesday June 21, 2022 at or about 1549 hours the Camp Hill Police Department was dispatched to the Mid Penn Bank located at 2148 Market Street for a non-active forgery incident. Through an investigation it was discovered that Markiss Stokes had altered a stolen check writing it out to himself for $1,500 and tried to cash it at the Camp Hill Mid Penn Bank branch. The Camp Hill Police Department currently holds an arrest warrant for Markiss Stokes for Criminal Attempt Access Device Fraud, Forgery, and Receiving Stolen Property.
