On January 3, 2021 at 1824 hours, CPD was dispatched to 60 Noble Blvd, Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, for the report of a retail theft. It was determined that Brandan Abdallah took $21.10 worth of merchandise offered for sale without paying for the items. The retail theft charge is a misdemeanor based on prior convictions.
A charge of retail theft was levied against Abdallah through Judge Birbeck's Office.
