On November 8, 2020 at approximately 1115 hours, Carlisle Police were dispatched to the 500 block of S Pitt St, for the report of a possible domestic dispute. The victim was interviewed, and it was determined that the suspect, Tyler Baker, had repeatedly strangled the victim. Baker also pushed the victim to the ground while she was holding a child.
Baker was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison for arraignment on the above charges.
