On January 5, 2019 at approximately 1758 hours, Carlisle Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart located at 60 Noble Blvd, Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, for the report of a retail theft. Carlisle Police met with a member of loss prevention who reported the same female suspect had stolen items on three separate occasions. The female was identified through an investigation to be Alexandria Kulick. Kulick had taken items with a combined value of $875.58 on the dates of December 14th and 16th. On January 5, 2019, Kulick attempted to take items valued at $526.30, but was stopped by loss prevention.
A warrant was applied for through Magisterial District Judge Birbeck's Office for three counts of Retail Theft (M1).
