On November 22nd, 2020, at 0538 hours, Carlisle Borough Police were taking a subject into custody in the 1st block of W. Penn Street, Carlisle Borough. While Officers were attempting to place the subject in handcuffs, Jameek QUEBAUD attempted to interfere with the arrest. QUEBAUD failed to listen to lawful commands to back up, and was subsequently sprayed with oleoresin capsicum to gain his compliance. During this incident, QUEBAUD was yelling loudly and creating unreasonable noise.
Based on the above facts, QUEBAUD is charged with obstructing the administration of law and disorderly conduct.
