On February 22, 2021 at approximately 1424 hours, Carlisle Police were dispatched to Walmart at 60 Noble Blvd for the report of a retail theft. It was determined that Michelle Sprow had pushed $217.88 worth of merchandise past the last point of sale without paying for it. A charge of retail theft was filed against Sprow.
