On 01/18/2023 at approximately 1853 hours, Carlisle Borough Police were dispatched to the 1st block of S Hanover Street for an active disturbance. Kenny TEPAS was located at the address, and investigation revealed he was the defendant in a protection from abuse (PFA) order. The PFA stated TEPAS was to be completely evicted/excluded from the address he was located at. TEPAS was subsequently taken into custody for the PFA violation.
