On Saturday 12/10/22 at approximately 4:45 AM, the accused Raquel Vazquez was to be causing a disturbance outside a residence in the 100 block of E North St. The investigation found that Vazquez was previously trespassed from the property. It was also discovered that there was a history of harassing behavior by Vazquez against the resident. Before police arrived, Vazquez defied an order by the resident to leave and continued to maliciously loiter on the property. When police arrived in the area, Vazquez was located walking away from the scene. When stopped by officers, Vazquez was uncooperative and found to be under the influence of alcohol. Vazquez has been charged with the listed offenses.
