On 12/22/2022 at approximately 1950 hours Carlisle Police were dispatched to a disturbance at Wal-Mart. It was reported that the pictured male was in an altercation with another store patron and smashed the rear windshield of a vehicle. Anyone with information as to the identity of the male is asked to contact the Carlisle Borough Police Department at 717-243-5252 or submit a tip through our Crimewatch.
