Retail Theft



     Carlisle Police are investigating two retail thefts that occurred at Lowe's, 851 E. High St., on 1/27/19 and 1/30/19. A white male actor, pictured above, selected multiple DeWalt 20V cordless power tools as well as Dyson DC10 vacuums. The value of the items taken during the two retail thefts total $3,381. On 1/27 The suspect was seen by witnesses loading the stolen items into an older Buick station wagon, pictured above, which displayed a Pennsylvania registration plate stolen out of Spring Garden Township, York County. The driver of the vehicle was not described. That plate was later recovered in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, later in the day on 1/27. On 1/30 the actor loaded the stolen merchandise into a silver Toyota minivan which also displayed a stolen Pennsylvania registration plate, stolen out of Hanover Borough, York Co. The driver in this incident was not described. 

     Carlisle Police are seeking the identity of the white male suspect in the photo. It appears the suspect has a large black and gray tattoo on his left hand. The actor was wearing a gray Fox Racing hat and green New Balance sneakers during the thefts.
