On 05/30/2020 Carlisle Police took a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The victim's rear driver side window had been broken while it was parked along the 100 blk N Spring Garden St. The incident occurred between the hours of 11:00pm on 05/29/2020 and 11:00am on 05/30/2020.
