Investigation by the Carlisle Police Department revealed defendant Stoltzfus performed multiple retail thefts to include the Lowes in Hampden Township on 03/01/22 and the Lowes in Carlisle on 03/04/22. Those related charges were filed against Stoltzfus as a result of the incident however he failed to respond to the Magisterial District Justice office. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
