Between Friday, Oct. 21st, 2016 @ 1730 hrs – Sunday, Oct. 23rd, 2016 @ 1030 hrs – an unknown individual(s) entered a rented apartment on the second floor of a 2 story residential home in the 900 block of Harrisburg Pike in North Middleton Twp – rummaging through drawers stealing over $100 in cash, 100 CD Cases(which were empty) and a bottle of alcohol.  The actor(s) possibly used a wooden ladder on the side of the residence to gain access to the garage roof which gave access to the 2nd floor balcony door.  The entry screen on the storm door was cut, and the door was pried open damaging the lock and door frame. 

North Middleton Twp PD responded to two neighboring residences in the 1200 block of Newville Rd on Monday, October 24th.  The first residence, which was unoccupied between 0745 hrs – 2000 hrs had forced entry as an unknown suspect broke the door frame and lock.  While inside, the unknown suspect emptied a large jar of coins – no other valuables were found to be missing.  The second residence nearby, also had forced entry with damage to the door frame.  The residence was unoccupied and was in the process of packing furniture – no valuables were found to be stolen.
