On January 12, 2023 at 2019hrs, the East Pennsboro Police was dispatched to the 700 block of Erford Rd, Camp Hill for a welfare check. Officers arrived and located a female lying in the grass. The female appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The female was found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. The female was identified as Rachel Bangert of Enola. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
