On November 27, 2022 at 0232hrs, the East Pennsboro Township Police initiated a traffic stop on E. Shady Lane at King Street, Enola for a traffic violation. The operator was identified a Carl Favers of Enola. Favers appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Favers was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison for chemical testing. Favers consented to a blood test. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
