On November 18, 2022 at 0308hrs, the East Pennsboro Township Police was dispatched to the Sheetz store located at 91 Erford Rd, Camp Hill for a driver passed out behind the wheel of the vehicle. Officers arrived and located the suspect vehicle. The operator appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The operator was identified as Hunter Hoffman of Carlisle. Hoffman was arrested and transported to the Cumberland County booking center for chemical testing. Hoffman refused a blood test. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
