Between the dates of May 10, 2018, and July 12, 2018, the victim's debit card had been used several times to make cash withdrawals from an ATM machine. The victim did not authorize these transactions. The investigation revealed that Diana Kay Keck, 47, of the 300 block of Windy Hill Road, New Bloomfield, was employed as a home healthcare worker for the victim who resides in the 200 block of Senate Avenue, Camp Hill. Keck had knowledge of the victim's PIN number due to helping the victim purchase items when he had difficulty using the store pin-pad device. Keck was charged with Access device fraud and Theft by unlawful taking and will face a preliminary hearing before MDJ Sanderson.
