On 3/25/2021 at 0207hrs., the East Pennsboro Township Police Department stopped to check on an occupied motor vehicle sitting along the roadway. Officers came in contact with Moore who was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed with MDJ Sanderson for possession of drug paraphernalia.
