On November 28, 2022 at 0049hrs, the East Pennsboro Township Police initiated a traffic stop on the Harvey Taylor Bypass at Erford Rd, Camp Hill for a traffic violation. The operator was identified as Obioma Columber of Harrisburg. During the course of the stop, it was determined the Columber was driving with no license and a counterfeit license plate. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson.
