On May 5, 2019, at approximately 9:00 am, the East Pennsboro Township Police took a report that a vehicle was stolen from in front of her residence located in the 200 block of Glenn Road, Camp Hill. The vehicle had last been seen around 1:00 am on this date. At approximately 4:00 am, the New Cumberland Borough Police Department had contact with this vehicle which was prior to it being reported as stolen. Upon receiving the report of the stolen vehicle, the area was checked and the vehicle was located in the 600 block of 5th Street, New Cumberland. The investigation revealed that William Quinn Powles, 19, of the 100 block of Cumberland Drive, Camp Hill, and a 16 year old juvenile male had stolen the vehicle. Powles was charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended and will face a preliminary hearing before MDJ Sanderson.
