On May 7, 2019, at approximately 10:52 am, the East Pennsboro Township Police received a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim who resides in the first block of Woodmyre Lane, Enola, stated that she provided her car keys, and her debit card to a male identified as Eddie Gene Stough, 22, of the 1400 block of 2nd Street, Enola, on May 6 at approximately 11:00 pm. Stough was to take the vehicle home, go to the store to purchase household items the victim needed, and return to her residence to continue working at her residence. Stough never returned and transactions began to appear on the victim's debit card that were not authorized. Stough was arrested and charged with Auto Theft, Receiving stolen property, Identity theft, Access device fraud, and Forgery and will face a preliminary hearing before MDJ Sanderson.
