On April 12, 2019 at 9:15 AM, an officer from the Lower Allen Township Police Department observed a vehicle parked in the fire lane of Walmart. The officer began to check on the vehicle when a female quickly exited the store and pulled away in an abrupt manner. The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and approached the driver. The female, identified as Tiffany Farling, appeared under the influence. The officer also observed clothing in bags that appeared to be stolen from Walmart.
As the officer continued his investigation, drug evidence was observed inside the vehicle. A K9 scan of the vehicle was conducted and the K9 alerted on the vehicle. Farling was arrested for retail theft, driver under the influence of drugs, possession of drugs, and driving with a suspended license.
