On February 12, 2020 at 8:04 PM, the Lower Allen Police Department was dispatched to an active fight involving several persons at the Capital City Mall. Officers arrived and attempted to interview suspects and victims at the scene. While detaining involved parties and still attempting to control the situation, two un-involved persons decided to interfere with the police officers' actions.
Deshanda Bradford forced her way onto the scene and refused to leave. Police officers and mall security officers gave her multiple commands to leave, backup, and warned her that she may be arrested for obstructing the investigation. She began to shout at officers and refused to listen. The officers had to stop investigating the actual call and deal with Bradford's actions. Bradford was then taken to the ground and placed under arrest. As this arrest was taking place, Charles Germain, the male with Bradford, also decided to become involved. His actions produced a similar result.
Both Bradford and Germain were arrested and transported to CCP.
