On March 10, 2019 around 2:29 pm, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of RT 15 South just past the Wesley Drive exit for a single vehicle off of the highway and into a fence. The driver, Justin A. Greene, was suspected to be under the influence of marijuana. He was taken to the hospital and provided a blood sample. His blood sample was tested at the lab and later revealed the presence of marijuana. Green's driver's license was already suspended for driving under the influence. Charges were filed on Greene on April 2, 2019.
