On Thursday, February 10th, 2022, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was notified by the Pennsylvania State Police Firearm Division that an individual not authorized to do so completed a firearms transaction application at Sportsman's Warehouse.
Through investigation, officers found that Pawel Dyl attempted to buy a firearm on November 9th, 2020, answering on the application that he was a U.S. citizen. Dyl was later found to be illegally residing in the U.S. since 2005 with no citizenship.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant has been issued.
