On 8/20/2019 at 06:59 PM, a $460 check made payable to Nathan Fessler was deposited into Fessler's Members 1st checking accoun via mobile deposit. At 07:18 PM, a cash withdrawal in the amount of $202 was conducted at an ATM in York. Seven minutes later another $32 ATM withdrawal was made.
On 8/24/2019 at 08:50 PM, a cash withdrawal in the amount of $82 conducted at an ATM in York. On 8/25/2019, debit card transactions were made in the amount of $21.19 and $47.70, debiting Fessler's checking account.
On 8/26/2019 the $460 check was returned unpaid as "Altered/Fictitious." Members 1st made contact with Fessler who provided the following information to them. Fessler admitted to providing his home banking username and password to another. He has not paid the money back ($430.84) and charges were filed.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
