On July 6th, 2022 at 2:52 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department responded to Weis Market at 1195 Lowther Road for a reported retail theft. Officers learned that on July 4th, 2022 and July 5th, 2022, a white female stole a total of $680.90 worth of merchandise by concealing items in recycled grocery bags and walking out of the store without paying.
Through investigation, the suspect was identified as Cindy Klein, a serial shoplifter with multiple prior convictions.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant has been issued.
