On May 1, 2022 at 9:58 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to a crash on RT 15 South between Slate Hill Road and Wesley Drive.
The driver of the Chevy Suburban was identified as William Manzano Lainez. He originally tried to switch seats with his passenger but later admitted to driving. He said his VA license was expired. Manzano Lainez also admitted to consuming six beers including an open container in the cup holder. Manzano later refused to submit to the blood test.
Charges were filed and a warrant has now been issued for his arrest.
