On 3/1/2006 Eugene Perkins passed a bad check to RF Fager's in the amount of $1,314.58. Perkins' check was returned non-sufficient funds. He was notified of the bad check and agreed to make good on what he owed. Perkins never made good on the amount and then fled the area. An arrest warrant was issued.
