On November 23rd, 2022 at 5:02 p.m., the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to McDonald's, 1100 Carlisle Road, for a reported stolen vehicle.
On scene, officers learned that a white male arrived in the parking lot and parked a black Ford Explorer, before moving property over to the victim's blue Chevrolet Equinox and driving away. The Explorer was found to contain numerous items of drug paraphernalia at this time.
The Equinox was soon recovered, unoccupied in East Pennsboro Township and was recovered. A later search yielded several controlled substances and additional parphernalia.
Through investigation, the suspect was identified as Stewart Kelly Ray.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant has been issued.
