On August 23, 2019 between 3:36 AM and 3:52 AM, two black females committed a retail theft at Walmart. Their Asset Protection Officer discovered this by reviewing video. The two females walked into Walmart together with no merchandise at 3:38 AM. They walked around and selected items then left at 3:52 AM without paying for any of the items. They stole $178.71 worth of merchandise and fled the area in a blue Kia Forte.
The vehicle owner, Zipporah Peppers, was identified as one of the suspects in this theft. An investigation led to the second suspect being identified as Shanita Lesley Ann Williams. Charges were filed on both individuals. Williams failed to show up at her hearing.
A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
