On September 17, 2022 at 3:28 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to the Outback Steakhouse in reference to theft of services.
Employees reported that a male ordered three alcoholic beverages and food to go. After the drinks were consumed, the suspect said he was going to use the restroom, and instead took the food he ordered and exited the establishment without paying for items and services rendered. Outback Steakhouse sustained a financial loss of $90.92.
The male was identified as Colton Wiseley. Charges were filed and he did not respond. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
