On Wednesday November 24, 2022, Middlesex Township Police observed a Silver Chevy Equinox in the 1100 block of the Harrisburg Pike fail to maintain its lane of travel. Police initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. While speaking with the operator Christopher Evans, the police observed signs of impairment. After an investigation it was determined that Evans operated a motor vehicle after imbibing a sufficient amount of alcohol that rendered him incapable of safe driving. Evans was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, high rate.
