On October 11, 2017, Middlesex Police received a complaint reference threats of physical violence as well as using a firearm to commit a crime. It was reported that the defendant Ira Frederick Green threatened a township resident through telephone communications, in person and third party. It was alleged that Green communicated to commit sexual violence, physical attacks and to shoot up the victims house.
Green was picked up on warrants stemming from these charges and taken before Magistrate Judge Paul M. Fegley. Green's bail was set at $50,000. He is currently in Cumberland County Prison.
