On Wednesday March 15, 2023, Middlesex Township Police were dispatched to a residence in Country Manor Mobile home park for a non-active domestic. Though an investigation it was determined that Robert Kern subjected the victim to physical contact and damaged the victims cell phone by putting a screwdriver through the screen of the phone. Kern was charged with Harassment and Criminal Mischief.
