On Friday March 3, 2023, Middlesex Township Police were dispatched to Sheetz for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Police arrived on scene and identified the subject as Richard Lippert. Lippert displayed signs of being highly intoxicated. Sheetz employees advised that Lippert was inside the store and yelling at other customers for no apparent reason. Police would take Lippert into custody and transported him to the Cumberland County Prison where he was issued a citation for public drunkenness.
