On March 9, 2023, Middlesex Township Police were called to a local business by an another police agency who were in the area. The other police agency made officers aware of a male causing a disturbance. The male was identified as Dakota Roush who was under the influence of alcohol making him a danger to himself and others. Roush was arrested and transported to Cumberland County Prison where he was issued a Non-Traffic Citation for Public Drunkenness.
