On July 22, 2022, the Middlesex Township Police Department responded to a disturbance at 1239 Harrisburg Pike. Through an investigation it was found that Enrique Soler was under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he was creating a public disturbance and placed himself and others in danger. Soler was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported to Cumberland Country Prison.
