The Middlesex Township Police Department is a state accredited Law Enforcement Agency having received accreditation in January of 2016 from the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission and the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association.
Middlesex Township Police conducted traffic stop on Fieldstone Drive and during the stop the odor of marijuana was observed coming from the vehicle. Phoebe Giroux of Boiling Springs was ultimately found in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and placed into custody.

On September 4, 2017, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of the Harrisburg Pike for an argument between two males. After speaking with both parties and a witness on the scene, it was determined that Lonnie Fleenor, had spit on the victim. Fleenor was issued a citation for summary harassment.
On September 6 2017 officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Macarthur Drive for an active criminal mischief. Upon arrival officers spoke to the victim who identified the suspect as Tim Myers. Myers fled the scene prior to police arrival and charges were filed for criminal mischief.
