On September 4, 2017, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of the Harrisburg Pike for an argument between two males. After speaking with both parties and a witness on the scene, it was determined that Lonnie Fleenor, had spit on the victim. Fleenor was issued a citation for summary harassment.
On September 6 2017 officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Macarthur Drive for an active criminal mischief. Upon arrival officers spoke to the victim who identified the suspect as Tim Myers. Myers fled the scene prior to police arrival and charges were filed for criminal mischief.
