On 4/20/2018, at approximately 22:33, NPD observed a black Saab sedan heading South on High Street with two faulty head lamps and faulty registration lights. For this reason, a traffic stop was conducted on the subject vehicle.
Upon the stop, the operator was identified as Jacob Tyler Kraly (20) of Newville, PA. Kraly eventually surrendered a metal gold grinder with a Bob Marley picture displayed on the lid. The grinder contained a small amount of what Kraly claimed to be marijuana. Kraly was using his father's registration plate on the Saab for which it was not intended and failed to show any proof of financial responsibility.
NPD placed Kraly in custody at approximately 22:58 for Possessing Drug Paraphernalia. Kraly was transported to the Cumberland County Booking Center where he was Processed and Released by the Booking Agents.
