On Friday November 25th at approx 1730hrs North Middleton Police Department were dispatched to a hit and run in the area of Easy Rd @ Waggoners Gap rd. Once Police were on scene witnesses advised that a dark in color pickup truck struck the vehicle while making a wide turn, and then left the scene heading South on Waggoners gap Rd. While processing the scene Police were notified that the striking vehicle was observed to be back home at an Easy rd address. Police went to the provided address to find that a Gary LEHMAN, 42 y/o of Carlisle was driving the truck. LEHMAN was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. No injuries were reported in the crash.
