On Sunday August 30, 2020 North Middleton Township Police were dispatched to an assault in the 1st block of Westminster Ct. Once on scene it was found that a Juan MUNIZ and Javier ROSARIO engaged in a verbal dispute while visiting friends and family at Westminster Ct. The verbal argument then lead to a physical altercation. MUNIZ pushed ROSARIO and struck him in the face with his fist. ROSARIO then retaliated and struck MUNIZ with the end of a Pressure Washer hose knocking him down and then began to strike him in the face with his fist. MUNIZ sustained injury to his left eye and was transported to Carlisle Hospital for further evaluation. ROSARIO declined treatment
