The North Middleton Township Police Department is investigating a targeted burglary from a residence along Gap View. A suspect vehicle was captured on a resident’s video surveillance but the vehicle was difficult to identify. The suspect vehicle - possibly dark SUV, drove down Gap View and made a U-turn back down the street parking momentarily opening the back hatch. Anyone with video surveillance from that area between 5:20 pm – 5:40pm on Monday, January 2nd, 2023 are asked to review their footage and if possible share with North Middleton Township Police Depar
The North Middleton Township Police are investigating an Armed Robbery at the Speedway, 712 N. Hanover St., Carlisle, PA which occurred on Saturday, 12/11/2022 @ approx. 0527 hrs. Three (3) unidentified suspects dressed in all black clothing that covered their skin/faces entered the Speedway, locked the doors behind them and proceeded to threaten the clerk with handguns, then pistol-whipping the clerk after escaping with cash from one of the registers. Tire tracks and footprints were located behind the Speedway in an open abandoned parking lot along Hamilton St.
Sometime between Tuesday, 11/22/22 @ 4 pm – Wednesday, 11/23/22 @ 0700 hrs, an unknown individual(s) entered a residential construction site at Conifer Ridge Dr. Carlisle, PA 17013. The unknown actor(s) approached a white box trailer parked within the construction site, and utilized a tool to cut the lock latch on the locked trailer door.
On Monday March 22, 2021 a set of Honda keys were turned into the Police Department. The keys were found at CreekView Park laying on a picnic table. The keys can be claimed by calling the North Middleton Township Police Department.
We were just advised that all 911 phone lines are down. If you need to contact the police or report an emergency please call the police station at 717-243-7910. It is not know how long the system will be down.
Do to the unprecedented heavy snowfall that is expected Wednesday into Thursday, the Maintenance Department along with the Police Department are asking for our resident’s cooperation in the following:
Please do not park vehicles in posted “No Parking” areas due to the removal of snow. These streets mainly consist of Cul-de-Sacs and narrower streets. The police department will be monitoring these areas for compliance.
***Please do not shovel snow from sidewalks or driveways onto the streets. Thus it causes an unsafe or more hazardous roadway condition***
