On Tuesday, October 21, 2014 information leading to a previous theft case was received by Shippensburg Police Department which led to the arrest of a juvenile responsible for stealing a wallet from an unoccupied vehicle at 20 N. Prince St. The juvenile was witnessed using the stolen credit cards at multiple locations throughout town. Video footage recovered from those locations led to the identification of the juvenile. On the above date the juvenile was taken into custody at Sunoco on King St. in Shippensburg while he was attempting to use another stolen credit card not linked to the above case. Charges for Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property, and Access Device Fraud are to be filed with Cumberland County Juvenile Probation.
