On the above date at approximately 2351 hours, Shippensburg Police witnessed Dreeman ripping out cables wires from the side of a residence, while he was standing on the sidewalk near East Burd Street and North Earl Street. He then staggered into the roadway to cross the street. When police made contact with him, he showed signs of intoxication; slurred speech, bloodshot and glassy eyes, unsteady balance, and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage from his breath. His blood alcohol concentration was found to be .259%. He was transported to Chambersburg Hospital for a medical evaluation for his high blood alcohol concentration. He was charged with Public Drunkenness.
